Meet your breeder

Hi! My name is Jessica and I am a stay-at-home mom with a background in the legal and dental field. I am also a major French Bulldog lover.

I grew up with dogs, specifically German Shepards so naturally, I’ve always loved dogs. From a young age I dreamt of living on a farm with lots of animals and while I haven’t made that my reality (yet) breeding Frenchies has become my own little “farm”.

My first frenchie, Moose, was purchased with no real intention to breed; however, falling in love with him planted a little seed in my head - “what if I could make Moose babies so others can fall in love as much as I have?” Thus, my plans for Something So Frenchie began. I spent the next two and a half year researching, learning and planning to one day have puppies. The joy and satisfaction my first litter brought me was indescribable. I knew it was something I wanted to continue doing but I also knew I wanted to keep my program small, with few adults at a time so that I could provide them with all of the love and attention they deserve. For this reason, I only have 1-2 litters per year.

While I may be the face and the brains behind Something So Frenchie, my kids have been a huge help since day 1. They help me with feedings, cleanings, and of course what we like to call “puppy play time”. They spend so much time loving and caring for our babies and even help name them. I believe my kids are part of what sets Something So Frenchie apart from other programs, as all of our babies have the exposure and socialization with kids needed to ensure they enter homes with kids as smoothly as possible. Because my kids are such a big part of Something So Frenchie, below you can enjoy some photos of them helping me love and care for our babies.

My goal was never and never will be quantity. I will always focus on quality, structure and health before anything else. When a new family joins Something So Frenchie, they join for life. I am always available to answer questions and help in any way I can to ensure families and puppies are thriving.
